• Responsible for managing successful day-to-day clinical operations while providing a safe and relaxing holistic, healing environment. 
• Oversee medical/behavioral health personnel and operations, including supervising all providers, ensuring quality of care, and developing and implementing all other administrative aspects.
• Provide quality assurance of care for all patients, by offering compassionate patient screening and scheduling and maintaining medical records as per federal, state, and company policy; HIPAA Privacy Rule regulations and the PA Department of Health and Public Welfare.
• Manage and submit all medical billing and coding, maintain all bookkeeping of medical and business financial records. 
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with staff and providers. Develop external relationships with provider organizations, community programs, and regulatory entities.
