While working at Panera Bread, having only one position was rare. When you walk into work I would be sure to ask what they needed me to do that particular day, whatever job it was I was always the one who asked if there was anyone who needed help. Working as a cashier was my main position and I would greet the customers, tell them about the specials, and since most of the time you got the same customers it was important to remember names and their lives so when they walked in they felt as if they were at home somewhere comfortable to eat. While working there the managers thought so much of my work ethic that they would throw me into positions that I did not train for because they needed my help, for example they needed someone on drive-thru one day and they asked me to do it even though I was worried about it i just jumped right in, also there was a day the delivery driver did not show up and they asked if I could make a delivery, so the managers trusted me with being able to do numerous tasks.

Working as a cheer coach there were numerous things you had to be able to work through, such as helping the little kids, coaching them to my best ability and also making the kids as well as the family feel comfortable with me coaching their kids. I have been a cheerleader since I was five years old and ever since I could remember I loved helping the younger kids who looked up to me. When I had the opportunity to become a coach I was excited and I made so many relationships with the kids and during the summer I plan to work there again and continue to coach from the experience I have.

While working at Liberty as a hostess my job consisted  of greeting the customers with a smile and a positive attitude to ensure they had a great experience from beginning to end. Also, as a hostess there were some times when you got the occasional customer who was in a bad mood or did not get the service they would have liked and when they came up to the hostess stand you had to be sure to treat them with respect and listen to their issues and if you need to notify a manager, be sure to tell them the whole situation. Working as a food runner at Liberty I would accompany the server to their tables when they needed help with running the food out, as a food runner I did not need to get the tables anything they asked for however when I was able to help the server’s out I would walk and make sure their tables had everything they needed, such as refills, condiments, etc.
