Experienced calibrating pressure, temperature, flow, analytical, electrical, mechanical, and dimensional instruments.
Worked on different plant sites to do field calibration.

Calibrated high density, low complexity TMDE.
Responsible for maintaining records on TMDE.
Develop all reports and certificates pertaining to calibration.
Assist various departments to resolve and repair of equipments which determine precision.

Ensure that all measuring and testing equipment are traceable to national and international standard.
Calibration of mechanical measuring equipment such as caliper, gauge, flow meter, micrometer etc.
Perform calibration and approve products and accessories that meet tolerances and product specifications.
Manage repair and calibration of assessment tools and measurement of equipment inclusive of general purpose.
Document calibration process and prepare reports, as required.
Manage workload to achieve production schedules and ensure completion within time frame.
Coordinate with production and engineering departments for internal and external customers.

Calibration of Instruments of all Disciplines like Mechanical, Electro Technical, Thermal & Dimension
Preparation of Reports once the Calibration gets Completed
Preparation of Quote for the Incoming of Jobs
Repaired and modified electrical/electronic TMDE.

Calibrates various instruments such as transmitters, thermocouples, RTD, weighing scales, etc.
Submits billing documents and billing collection
Performs daily field works – calibration, pull-out of customer equipment and deliveries
Assigned into different industries such as power plants, food & beverage manufacturing plants, cement plant and pharmaceutical plant
In house calibration at Nestle Tanauan Factory (09/19 – current)
