I was born in a generation owed family businesses from my grandfather to my uncles and father i was there everyday after school i made my fist pizza at 5. And constantly observing on what the big deal was all about . And i learned that was all about making the costumer feel good or make himher think they were special witch would result in to them coming back again for lunch and again for dinner .
