- Greet, register, and check-in rooms to guests of the resort.
- Coordinate front-office activities of the resort, and resolve problems.

- Welcome guests to the property and provide exceptional customer service.
- Write tickets for baggage and assist with luggage as needed.
- Assist guests who are checking in and out of hotel rooms with luggage.
- Deliver and retrieve group baggage to/from guests for groups with pre-paid luggage service.
- Deliver various types of room drops including magazines, gifts, laundry and other items.
- Maintain a clean work area for both guests and staff.
- Answer property questions and provide information regarding rooms, restaurants, and entertainment.
