  • bake goods at different temps striving to achieve Level 3 bake
  • entrusted with training new hires to follow proper procedures and techniques to produce quality bakers and team members
  • provide cafe with feedback on necessities and concerns, directly or through red book
  • available to travel to different locations wherever needed (Glendale,Westlake,AV,etc)
  • Maintain cafe level 3 for audit/qsc inspections 

baker

  • Prepare and complete cake orders 
  • Assist in ordering supplies and equipment that is needed for the bakery
  • Prepare the bread to be cook and cut 
  • Open and close bakery 
  • Clean all the cooking equipment daily 
  • Assist in keeping track of inventory
