• Supervise and assemble a range of Elecrical Plugs and socket
• General Store duties – goods inwards and dispatch
• First aid member
• Internal auditor

• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality or efficiency.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, workmanship standards and procedures for employees.
• Work with engineers to help develop methods, procedures, and designs to assemble product faster, efficiently, without jeopardizing quality. 
• Work with other supervisors to coordinate operations and build plans within or between departments. 
• Lead programmer/operator on automation (CNC) pick and place machines such as Palomar and MRSI.
